How to trace a simple water leakage inside your house

Hello. Today i'm gonna share with you how to trace a a simple water leaked inside your house.

If you noticing your water bill suddenly increased more than usually you use. There must be a leak and you better fid out where it is.

Example at my apartment. This unit have an overflow cistern happen for toilet bowl. You can know it seeing a water came from toilet bowl.

In this case, the problem came from washer where stuck at the intlet port. To save your bajet you just need open it and clear the washer. If it still happen. Replace the inlet whole set.

So give it to try Do It Yourself. :-)

Hello. Good weather today. I just back from PAVILION having an interview session with Mr Kam. I supposed to showed him how my remote cctv working. Unfortunately my DDNS have already expired for a month. So renew it with free trial for 30days and a little bit configuration to my router and dvr. And tadaaaa

PMA has been approved

Finally after been waitin for a month. The PMA for elevator application has been approved from DOSH.

Repair circuit board.

Saturday morning nothing much to do. Today i show you that a weak soldering can make electronic equipment failed to working.

This is an example circuit board yesterday i took from EM Lock.

When i begin to inspect. I found a weak soldering underneath the pcb for the supply connector.

 A rounded soldering is not good. Cause by not enough heated. Less flux or not using good quality soldering lead.

You can save money by doing a rework on the pcb.

Remove the connector from pcb. Cleaned the pcb with sand paper or brush and placed it back together with new solder lead.

Thats all. You may keep it for use it as a spare part in the future.

Servicing door lock taken from scrap swing door

Hello and good morning. This time we gonna service this door lock i get it from a scrap door. This method is a economic way to save your money rather than buy new one set for over RM400.

Remove all screw attached on the plate

This type of door lock. We can change the position of latchin. Either to right side or left side.

Ready to be cleaned up.

After cleaned put it all back together

And the result....

When you have spare of this lock. You can make a small profit with it. $$$$$

Replace circuit board for EM Lock

Today I'm going to show the better ways to repair and saving your $$$ for EM Lock. Most of technician nowdays always taking a shortcut by spending more $$$ to replace new set if EM Lock.

Common problem in EM Lock is on the circuit board. Loose connection, leak diode, blown capacitor and resistor.

On the left side is the spoiled circuit board while the right side is recond unit (i fix it to replace new diode and ceramic cap.
